Consent Agreement for Utilising Services At Nail Base London

1. I acknowledge that by availing myself of the services provided by Nail Base London, I am expressly agreeing not to request a refund from Nail Base London after receiving the services. This includes instances where I have changed my mind or am dissatisfied with the results of the nail, manicure, or pedicure services. Recognising the time invested by Nail Base London in delivering these services, I believe in their ongoing support.

2. Recognising my responsibility for the care of my hands and nails, I understand that I cannot compel Nail Base London to redo or refund any services if I choose to pull, peel, or accidentally damage my nails.

3. I acknowledge that information about treatment reactions and sensitivities has been provided through informational leaflets or by the salon's technicians. I accept the potential risks, including swelling, irritation, and redness.

4. In the event of any adverse reactions, I agree to return to the salon for professional product removal and not attempt removal on my own. If symptoms persist, seeking medical attention is my responsibility.

5. I expressly absolve the technician/salon from any responsibility in the case of reactions, including those listed above or any other unforeseen reactions.

6. By scheduling an appointment with Nail Base London, I automatically grant consent for nail and treatment services for myself and my children under 18 years old.

7. I understand the obligation to inform Nail Base London about any medical conditions, mental health concerns, diabetes, fungal infections, allergies, bruises, or any other relevant issues before the commencement of services.

8. Acknowledging that extending my natural nails significantly beyond their bed length may impact their structural integrity, I understand the potential consequences, such as breakage, peeling, and lifting. In such cases, I absolve Nail technicians and the Salon of any responsibility.

9. I affirm that I am in good overall health and mental clarity to comprehend the contents of this disclaimer.

Scheduled Arrival and Appointment Punctuality

To enhance your overall experience, we kindly request clients to arrive 10 minutes ahead of their scheduled appointments. This allows ample time for check-in, restroom use, and selection from our extensive array of available colours. As a gesture of consideration for all our clients, we strictly adhere to a punctual appointment schedule. Please note that tardy arrivals may result in the forfeiture of the appointment, and any delayed treatments will be appropriately abbreviated to accommodate the next scheduled client.

Cancellation Policy

At Nail Base London, we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments, regardless of booking method. Cancellations or rescheduling are accommodated with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to notify within this timeframe results in a loss of the appointment.

Clients arriving more than ten minutes late risk losing their appointment. Late arrivals may lead to an incomplete treatment, with the client still charged the agreed-upon full value.

Repeated no-shows and cancellations may impact future appointments.

Minors

For individuals under 18 years old, parental consent is required through a signed consent form for any treatments.

Consent Forms

Clients are required to complete a consent form every six months, as mandated by our insurance company. This practice is essential for your safety.

Treatment Bundles

Payment for all treatments within a bundle is due in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable between accounts. Redemption of all treatments within a bundle must occur within 6 months of the purchase date; any unused treatments after this period will be forfeited. Expired treatment bundles will not be extended.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months. Nail Base London assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. While no change will be given, any remaining balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

Lost Property

Clients are advised to take care of their belongings while at Nail Base London, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

Nail Aftercare Service

Should you experience chipped nails within 7 days for gel polish, please report it with a photo to our email, Facebook page, or Instagram page. We will provide a free touch-up on the affected nails within 7 days. A small fee will be charged for issues reported outside this period.

Privacy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to upholding the confidentiality of any personal information collected. We do not share your personal information with third-party organizations and adhere to the principles of UK data protection legislation.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, and exchanges or refunds are not possible.

Promotions

Throughout the year, various promotional offers may be available, subject to date and time restrictions. Offers cannot be combined, and Nail Base London reserves the right to cancel promotions at any time.

The Right to Refuse Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse treatment. Disrespect and rudeness toward Nail Base London staff will not be tolerated. We also retain the right to amend Terms and Conditions as deemed necessary.
